Prices before 7% GST.
We deliver dinner tingkat service from Monday to Friday; there is no delivery on Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday, Eve of Christmas & Eve of Chinese New Year.
Due to the large volume of tingkat orders and to avoid confusion in meal preparation and delivery we are encouraging a 5 day of the week order system.
Please note that no changes can be made upon order confirmation.
Yes.
Customer may choose to have 3 dishes + 1 soup or 1 side dish only for the 10 or 20 days menu. Upon order confirmation, no changes can be made for the contract duration.
No. Plain rice is not provided, should you require additional order of rice, a nominal fee of $10 per person for 10 days and $20 per person for 20 days.
Customers are not able to choose the dishes for tingkat orders. However, our tingkat menu can be viewed in our website for customers reference. We have 3 months of menu to be rotating.
The customer cannot request for a delivery time as the delivery of tingkat is based on the route the driver takes. However, the customers can expect delivered dinner to be between 5:00pm-7.30pm.
Yes. We also have a 10-day trial.
Order should be placed at least 3 working days in advance.

The above also applies to the cancellation and termination of orders.
Please bear in mind that unless the customer calls in to confirm the termination, it is to be understood that we will auto renew the orders for the following months.
A surcharge of $10 per person per day if the termination is confirmed after the auto renewal of the service. Termination of orders cannot be done in the midst of the tingkat service. Customer should inform our customer service personnel 2 days before the 10 & 20 days contract ends

For the ordering of tingkat on a 10 & 20 days basis, payment should be made via cash, cheque or Bank Transfer within the 1 st day of the start of tingkat delivery.
Spark n Flame Catering reserves the right to terminate the tingkat service if payment is not received latest by 3rd day of service.

Customers are required to call +65 6345 1180 to inform our customer service personnel on the change of address 3 days in advance.
Do also note that there are certain areas we do not deliver.
Customers are required to book through our online booking form, with the required information needed for submission, once submission, our Sales Personnel will call back or SMS or Email back to confirm the Tingkat.
Time needed to call back, within 36 hours, excluding Sunday and Public Holiday.
