TERMS & CONDITIONS
- CNY menus are available from 3rd January 2022 to 15th February 2022.
- Mini party set is packed in party trays and comes with disposable wares, serviette in warmer bag. (no table set up)
- Delivery is available from 7am to 7pm. Additional surcharge and minimum order amount applies for timing before 7am or after 7pm.
- For mini party set, bento set and ala-carte order: transportation fee of $40.00 ($42.80 w/gst) applies from 31 Jan to 4 Feb 2022. Transportation fee of $30.00 ($32.10 w/gst) applies for normal days
- Additional surcharge of $10.00 for delivery to CBD area / Sentosa / Jurong island. Refer to the first 2 digits of the postal code: CBD or Orchard area -01,04,05,06,07,08; Marina Square-03,17; Orchard-22,23; Bras Basah-18,19.
- Delivery time might be delayed due to peak festive season. We seek your kind understanding and patience.
- Mini party set & bento delivery slot for 31/1/2022 to 4/2/2022 should be between, 10.15am-11am, 11.15am-12pm, 12.15pm – 1pm, 1.15pm-2pm, 2.15pm-3pm, 3.15pm-4pm, 4.15pm-5pm, 5.15pm-6pm, 6.15pm-7pm.
- Confirmation of orders to be made 3 working days before event date. Upon Confirmation, cancellation request will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of invoice. Full invoice amount will be charged for less than 24 hours before the event date.
- Management reserves the right to replace any dishes should it be unavailable in the time of event.
